The Leaders Launching Leaders Network (3L Network) is a learning circle designed to help new and aspiring nonprofit professionals reach their full potential and advance their missions in a meaningful way. Through 3L, members will gain access to valuable resources and training that will help them develop the skills they need in order to lead successful organizations.
The 3L Network's inaugural cohort of professional development training will launch this summer and will focus on helping members understand board development; engagement; roles & responsibilities, learn successful fundraising strategies, identify and procure grants, moving beyond the scarcity mindset, and understand data collection processes and what they mean to the success and growth of any nonprofit organization. This is a virtual six-week intensive training program for new, early-stage, and novice nonprofit professionals to connect, learn, grow, and thrive.
In addition to the aforementioned topic areas, the 3L Network team will offer additional resources such as one-on-one mentorship opportunities with experienced leaders in the nonprofit industry, group learning sessions for cohort completers, and networking events that will help members develop meaningful connections with other successful professionals.
During this training, participants will be provided practical knowledge and skills on fundraising, leadership development, data collection, organizational management as well as networking with other organizations. Upon successful completion, participants will have a clear understanding of what it takes to launch and advance your organization's mission, vision, and goals.
