Cyndi Mayer, MPA, is the Founder and CEO of C.A. Mayer Consulting, where she helps nonprofits and mission-driven organizations secure $100,000+ in funding and build the systems required for long-term, sustainable growth.
With more than 20 years of experience, Cyndi is known for turning under-positioned programs into fundable opportunities. She combines strategic insight, compelling narrative development, and deep fundraising expertise to help organizations move beyond inconsistent grant wins and into predictable, scalable funding pipelines.

Cyndi designs and leads funding strategies that align programs with what funders are actually investing in—positioning clients to compete for six-figure and multi-year awards. From funder research to proposal development to infrastructure building, she creates the clarity and structure that makes funding decisions easier for reviewers—and more successful for her clients.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from Seton Hall University, with a concentration in leadership, governance, and public policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication from Wright State University. This foundation strengthens her ability to translate complex missions into clear, outcome-driven cases for support that resonate with funders.
